Yes — the build and domain setup are free if you qualify. Ongoing hosting, updates and support are provided for £97/month which includes SSL, backups, call tracking and basic on-page SEO.
I’ve seen free website offers before. What’s different about this one?

Are there any other fees?
We include a monthly credit of £10 for call charges associated with the call tracking number. Any call charges above this will be charged separately.
How do I cancel the service?
You may cancel the service at any time. We do require 30 days notice of cancellation. Your website content will be provided to you in html/css file format. You can request the transfer of your domain to another registrar. We are unable to transfer your call tracking telephone number.
